HealsBedding grew from more than 20 years of family experience in the home textile industry. Growing up around fabrics, sewing machines, and production, we learned that making a good bedding product is never just about following a specification. It requires an understanding of materials, construction, comfort, and how each detail performs in the finished product.
As a new generation entered the business, we saw an opportunity to build on that manufacturing foundation in a different way. Instead of simply receiving an order and producing it, we wanted to work closer with our partners — understanding what they are trying to create, exploring materials and constructions together, developing samples, and refining the product before it reaches production.
Today, HealsBedding works with brands, wholesalers, and hospitality partners on pillows, duvets, toppers, and customized bedding programs. From the first idea and material selection to sampling, manufacturing, and final delivery, our goal is simple: to make product development easier and manufacturing more reliable for the partners we work with.

From Manufacturing Roots to Global Partnership
A Bold Step into Korea
On October 1, 2013, our founder Alen ventured into the Korean market alone, attending trade shows and developing products. His efforts earned the trust of over 20 clients, including major supermarkets — marking a key turning point in our growth.
Global Reach Begins – 2015
On November 26, 2015, our team grew steadily as we shifted focus to the EU and U.S. markets, building lasting partnerships with importers, wholesalers, and retailers.
HealsBedding Becomes Trade + Manufacturing
On October 6, 2018, HealsBedding invested in its own factory in China, completing the shift to a fully integrated company with both trade and manufacturing capabilities.
Efficiency & Cost Optimization Through Automation
On November 20, 2019, we built a fully automated production line, greatly improving efficiency and reducing costs to offer more competitive products.
Resilience Through the Pandemic – 2021
On May 1, 2021, as COVID-19 severely impacted the global economy, many factories without trade capabilities struggled. HealsBedding continued to grow steadily and supported our clients through the challenges.
