We manufacture pillows, duvets and comforters, mattress toppers, bedding sets and other private-label bedding products. Programs can be developed around your target market, specifications and price positioning.
Yes. We support both OEM and ODM projects, including product development, material selection, sizing, construction, colors, labels and custom packaging. We can work from an existing specification, reference sample or a new product concept.
MOQ depends on the product, material and level of customization. Many pillow programs can start from around 100–150 pieces per SKU, while duvet and bedding programs can often combine sizes to reach practical production quantities. Contact us with your requirements for a project-specific MOQ.
Yes. Sampling is available for material evaluation, construction testing and design approval before bulk production. Custom labels, fabrics and packaging can also be developed during the sampling stage where required.
Standard samples are typically prepared within 5–7 days after specifications are confirmed. Bulk production is generally around 20–30 days, depending on materials, customization, order quantity and packaging requirements.
We work with memory foam, microfiber, down-alternative fibers, natural fiber blends and other performance fillings, together with cotton, Tencel™, bamboo-derived, cooling and functional cover fabrics. Materials can be selected around comfort, performance, compliance and target cost.
